Chanting and Meditation
with Zahavi
The monthly chanting session is a meditative, focused spiritual practice that supports personal deepening with kavanot and mindfulness guidance. It is not a class or choir and is offered in “noble silence.” The chants used are mostly Rabbi Shefa Gold’s arrangements from phrases in the liturgy.
Newcomers welcome!

CHANT GROUP NEWS
Next Session:
Sunday, October 25th.
NOTICE: Dear Chantlings and friends,
We will resume chantlings the last Sunday of the month in October. While I had thought Sunday in September would work, there are still Sukkot festivities and we are sneaking in a trip to the coast.
Wishing you a l'shana tova, a sweet new year, and a meaningful Yom Kippur. May our fasting bring clarity of mind and heart. May the light of our davvening bring a turn of the tide, washing in a world where all may live in peace.
Love,
Zahavi
Chantlings chant sessions are a nourishing, meditative, almost continuous hour of chanting with mindful guidance and kavanot (setting of intentions) in between.
