Principles & Governance: P’nai Or, a Jewish Renewal congregation, values belonging, meaning, purpose, respect for individual beliefs, supporting the community's well-being, non-hierarchical approach, relationships, support in times of need, gratitude, and forgiveness to sustain and grow together.

Our Council, guided by our bylaws, maintains our budget, policies, and communications, and empowers committees to create religious and community events. The full membership holds Council elections every six months.
