While we love sharing updates from our community, submitting a form does not guarantee publication. We review all submissions to ensure they are relevant to the congregation, align with our community values, and fit within our weekly space constraints.

Submissions are due every Monday at 5:00 PM (PST) for inclusion in that week’s Wednesday newsletter. If you miss the deadline, don't worry! Your announcement will automatically be reviewed for the following week’s edition.

Yes, occasionally! We may lightly edit submissions for clarity, length, or to match the overall formatting of the newsletter. Please make sure your core details—like dates, times, and links—are accurate when you submit so we can ensure the community gets the right information.

Please keep announcements concise, ideally 2 paragraphs or less—around 3 to 4 sentences is usually the sweet spot!

Write the text exactly as you would like it to appear in the newsletter. You are also welcome to include relevant links or upload a flyer, graphic, or photo using the file upload box on the form.

PLEASE NOTE: Very long submissions will be rejected for publication due to space limitations, and we will follow up with you for a shorter version for the following week's newsletter. If your submission is time-sensitive, please keep this in mind before submission.

There is no need to fill out the form a second time. If you realize a date changed or a link is broken after you hit submit, simply reach out to the office directly and we will update it on our end.

If you want community members to RSVP or reach out to you directly, please make sure to type your contact details into "The Details" section.
